Dividend Payment of € 8.00 per Share
At the virtual Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Wacker Chemie AG on May 20, 2022, all Executive Board and Supervisory Board proposals were adopted by large majorities. The annual shareholders’ meeting agreed on a dividend of €8.00 per dividend-bearing share (2020: €2.00). The dividend yield based on WACKER’s average share price in 2021 was 6.0 percent (2020: 2.9 percent).
